RECORDS FROM THE "PLAINVILLE CEMETERY"
MARSHFIELD, MASS.

IN 1906, the gravestone inscriptions dated prior to 1850, with a few of later date, in the "Plainville Cemetery," Marshfield, Mass., were copied and carefully verified by the writer, with the assistance of Messrs. Stanley W. Smith and Arthur E. Linnell, and the late Edward H. Whorf. The copies were presented to the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants, and all genealogical facts in the inscriptions will be found in the following abstracts.
AMES
Bethiah, wife of Isaac R., died 25 October, 1842, in her 75th year.
Eunice H., daughter of Isaac and Abigail, died 5 November, 1850, aged 15 years, 9 months, 19 days.
Isaac, died 7 October, 1850, aged 55 years, 13 days.
Isaac R., died 26 May, 1819, aged 54 years.
Maria, daughter of Isaac and Abigail, died 2 November, 1843, aged 18 years, 1 month.
Susan, daughter of Isaac and Abigail, died 16 March, 1845, aged 1 year, 11 months, 7 days.
