Dec. 7, 1721, Lydia Burr, dau. of John and Mary (Warren) Burr.   She was b. in Hing. Aug. 17, 1701, and surviving him m. secondly, June 12, 1748, Henry Smith of Rehoboth.   Israel was drowned at the town cove, "near Col. Thaxter's wharf," 25 Nov. 1739, æt. 40 yrs.
