GRAVESTONE RECORDS IN THE CEMETERY
ON KEENE STREET, DUXBURY, MASS.

   IN July, 1907, the writer, with the assistance of Mr. John W. Willard, made and carefully verified copies of all inscriptions dated prior to 1851, with a few of later date, found in the cemetery on Keene Street, in the part of Duxbury, Mass., called Ashdod.   These copies were presented to the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants, and all genealogical data in the inscriptions will be found in the following abstracts.


CHANDLER
Anne,* widow of Charles, died 22 July, 1834, aged 54 years, 6 months, 2 days.
Charles,* died 27 March, 1814, aged 38 years, 10 months, 15 days.
Charles H.,* died 15 July, 1897, aged 84 years.
Charles J.,* son of Charles H. and Henrietta; Co. G, 38th Mass. Regt., died at Carroltown, La., 18 February, 1863, aged 24 years, 4 months, 25 days.
Henrietta,* wife of Charles H., died 9 October, 1901, aged 85 years.
Rebecca P.,* daughter of Charles H. and Henrietta, died 1 March, 1838, aged 6 months, 18 days.
Roscoe,* son of Stillman B., died 30 October, 1876, aged 10 months, 22 days.
