The Ames Society is dedicated to the genealogy of, and information about, people with the surname Ames or Eames and their descendants.

The Edmund Chandler Family Association has a wealth of information about the family of this settler, including vital records, cemetery transcriptions, and a number of other family databases. It also discusses other early Chandlers who might be among his descendants. The Association is participating in a DNA study for all Chandlers, not only Edmund's descendants.
