SOLOMON PACKARD,

Lived where Waldo Hayward now lives; m. a Kingman; had ss. Jacob, Solomon, Nathan, Benjamin, and Micah; and four ds.   One of them m. Isaac Fuller; one m. Isaac Allen; one m. Isaac Bayley; and one an Alden.

   1.   Jacob m. a Perkins; had five ss. Jacob, Mark, Oliver, Asa, and Hezekiah; and four ds. Huldah, Rhoda, Dorothy, and Phila.   Huhdah died in youth; Rhoda and Dorothy m. Richardses, of Newton; Phila m. Henry Thayer.

   Jacob Packard died 1777, aged 57.

   Jacob m. a French; Mark. m. a Shaw; they both removed to Warwick.

   Oliver m. an Edson, has two ss. Jacob and Jesse; and one d. Vesta.—Asa graduated at Cambridge, 1783, was settled in the Ministry, at Marlborough.   Hezekiah graduated at Cambridge, 1787, is settled in the Ministry in the State of Maine.

   2.   Solomon 2d settled in East Bridgewater.

   3.   Nathan m. a Perkins, had three ss. Marlborough, Beniah and Nathan and one d. Susanna, who died in youth.—Marlborough and Beniah live in the State of Maine.

   4.   Benjamin, and

   5.     Micah, settled in the State of Maine.

JOHN PACKARD,

Lived where Micah Faxon now lives.   He m. a Thompson, from Halifax.   He built the first grist-mill in the North Parish, had three ss. Abel, John and Barnabas; and two ds. Lydia and Abigail.   Lydia m. Edward Southworth.   Abigail m. George Packard.   John Packard died 1738, aged 43.

   1.   Abel m. a Porter; was an Ensign in the militia.   He removed to Cummington, and was the father of the Rev. Theophilus Packard, of Shelburn.

   2.   John m. a Hammond, and afterward, a Vinson.   He moved to Plainfield.

   3.   Barnabas m. a Ford, and moved to Plainfield.

JAMES PACKARD,

Lived where John Smith now lives.   He m. a Keith, was one of the first Deacons in the North Parish,—had two ss. James, and
