   1.   No inscription.

   2.   Chloe, wife of Salmon Fobes. died April 14, 1866, aged 81 years, 6 months.

   3.   Sacred to the memory of Col. Salmon Fobes, died Oct. 25, 1832, æt. 51.

                  All flesh is as grass, and the glory of man
                              as the flower that falls.

   4.   In memory of Davis, son of Mr. Jason Fobes and Leah, his wife, who died March ye 3d, æ 6 months.

   5.   In memory of Seth, son of Mr. Jason Fobes and Leah, his wife; he died July 11, 1779; he was 4 weeks.

   6.   Susannah, daughter of Mr. Josiah and Mrs. Freelove Fobes, died Decr 3d, 1753, æt. 1 mo. and 12 days.
                  Here lies the fairest bud of hope,
                  That ere to fondest wish was given;
                  If thou wouldst know its perfect state,
                  Repent and seek the flower in heaven.

         Josiah Fobes, Jun., died in the service of his country at Horseneck, in Connecticut, Nov. 4th, 1776, in his 37 year.

   8.   Sacred to the memory of Mr. Ezra Fobes, who died Aug. 15, 1823, aged 71 years.

         Also the following named children of Dea. Ezra and Mrs. Hannah Fobes: Hannah Fobes, died April 8, 1830, aged 6 years.   Mary Fobes, died April 17, 1830, aged 3 years.   Franklin B. Fobes, died June 28, 1835, aged 24 years.

   9.   Sacred to the memory of Mr. Jason Fobes, who died July 12, 1809, in his 65 year.

   10.   Mrs. Leah, wife of Mr. Jason Fobes, died March 6, 1831, æt. 81.
